Cody Rhodes vs. KENTA

~A CODY RHODES RP!~

What an explosive night it has been thus far. The fans have been pleased to the fullest and couldn't have asked for any better of an opening show. The feed flickers on to a close up on former WWE employee and new DHWA backstage interviewer; Todd Grisham. He is wearing his well-fitted glasses and a wide smile with his hair gelled up into a biff. He speaks into the camera very joyful and excited to have been signed to the Die-Hard Wrestling Alliance.

"Ladies and gentlemen, for the first time in my career and history of DHWA, I'd like to welcome to to Die-Hard Wrestling Alliance! Tonight we seen the young Cody Rhodes issue an open challenge to anybody on the DHWA roster, needless to say, he got a little more than he bargained for and was put to sleep with KENTA's Go To Sleep!"

The fans erupt in a fury of cheers at the mentioning of the cocky Cody being knocked out, a sight they would probably get tired off no matter how many times they've seen it. Usually they would get bored of seeing the same person getting their face beaten in, but they had faith that watching it happen to Cody would never get old. The camera zooms out to see a now very enraged Cody Rhodes, he has a bandage on his forehead from where KENTA's knee was driven into his skull at. He is trying to take deep, soothing breathes but his anger builds up and he begins yelling into the DHWA logo'd microphone.

"More than I bargained for? Are you fucking delusional, or just really God damned ignorant and know who who I am? Not know who my father is! I was caught off guard, every dog has it's day Todd. But today, today it's KENTA's day to be put down like the mutt he is! I don't know how the DHWA could even allow this to happen! If his knee hit me just an inch lower he could have broken my nose for a second time, then, then I'd be just as ugly as his ass! I'd have to wear that wretched, plastic mask again for months!"

Todd gives a condescending to Cody who is unaware of it, then he speaks not wanting to allow Rhodes to continue on with his little rant any longer. Todd asks the question in such away as to make sure it pisses off the Dashing One.

"Well the internet has been going crazy today, all over the web there are Smarks saying that Cody, you don't stand a shot tonight. They are saying that KENTA is the best thing to happen to wrestling and you are merely a stepping stone for his imminent success. What do you have to say about these claims."

After Todd speaks you can see Cody begin to clench his jaw. His fist tighten up into tight balls at his sides. He looks at the floor and licks his lips angrily. Sluggishly he lifts his head up, his face is lit up a furious red color.

"Todd, Todd, Todd! What is wrong with you man. You have to be just as dumb as those internet trolling imbeciles if you think you can talk to me that way. Did you see with Cortez did to his wife last week? If you don't watch your tone with me I can guarantee you a spot right next to here in that hospital bed, so long as they is room for that prick KENTA because after our little Iron Man match tonight, there is no chance he will be walking out of that arena. Because I can promise I won't kill him, but I can also promise he'll come pretty damn close to it. "

Cody barks the last few words out of his mouth before storming off the set prematurely.

In a different part of the arena, Todd Grisham is seen walking around, mic in hand. He comes to a door that reads "KENTA" and knocks. The sounds of powerful strikes, the grunts and sounds of being slammed on the floor rings throughout the locker room. Shiibata opens the door a crack and sees Mr. Grisham standing there.

Grisham:
Can I get a word with KENTA?

Shiibata nods his head and opens it up, allowing the interviewer and cameraman in. What they see is KENTA in his wrestling gear, and a number of others training on mats spread across the locker room floor. KENTA sees the additional men as Shiibata walks over to him. They speak a little and KENTA nods before walking over to Todd.

Grisham:
Tonight we saw you confront Cody Rhodes, and you made a very clear statement to the Dashing One with a powerful Go 2 Sleep that knocked him out. What made you decide to take such action, instead of just letting him go?

Shiibata translates everything Todd just said, and a smirk comes across the Strong-Style Warrior's face as the mention of his Go 2 Sleep is made. When Shiibata is finished, KENTA begins responding, taking moments to think about what to say.

Shiibata:
KENTA says that he chose to make it clear that he was a very dangerous threat to everyone here in DHWA, and will not be disrespected. Cody Rhodes just happened to be the disrespectful individual. So, he took matters into his own hands and put him to sleep.

Todd:
Tonight, in the main event, KENTA is set to face off against Cody Rhodes in a 30 Minute Iron Man match. Cody said at the end of the night, he'd have KENTA sent to the hospital. What are his thoughts on what Cody said?

Shiibata once again turns to the Japanese Star and begins translating. The look on KENTA's face becomes very serious, even a smirk crept onto his face for a moment. KENTA begins replying, with Shiibata nodding his head every few moments.

Shiibata:
He says that he finds it funny that Rhodes would make such foolish comments. KENTA knows he already holds the advantage going into this match, having already knocked Cody out. He says his training is constant, and that will be proven tonight. KENTA says he won't need all 30 minutes tonight to show how dominant he is compared to Cody. But instead of him going to the hospital, he will end Cody's career tonight.

KENTA begins talking to Shiibata again, with his translator nodding at the end.

Shiibata:
KENTA now asks if you would mind letting him go back to preparing for the night.

Todd nods his head and leaves the locker room, as the camera man catches a few moments of KENTA's fierce training, wrestling guys for one minute bursts with no resting as a fresh guy comes in to replace the previous.
