BANG!
"What was that?" I asked myself. Curious, I slowly crept down the staircase to see what it was. I tiptoed through the living room and peaked around the corner into the kitchen. I pictured the image of a plate or a object falling down to the ground, but it wasn't that. What I saw was Tyler standing over my fallen mother. Scared, nervous, worried, unsure, those were the emotions that rushed through my head ,and my mind. I kept quiet, watching Tyler. I made myself believe my mother fell over something or slipped, I then thought Tyler was just helping her up, but...I learned that was not the case.
"You fucking WHORE!" Tyler screamed, his face red.
"Tyler, stop! Please God stop it!" Mom yelled, crying, pleading.
I stood there, shocked, in awe, watching Tyler beat my mother. I could have done something, but I would have had the same fate as my mother. "Mom." I whispered to myself, I had to get out, I tried to creep out, but he heard me. His head snapped back and he looked right at me, our eyes locked. "You little shit...get over here!" he screamed. Frighten, I tried to run, but my feet felt glued to the floor as I saw him storm towards me.The first blow took me down, the second, and third had no pain with them, but as for the rest. There was pain, plenty of it. When the beating finally stopped, my face poured blood, the carpet was covered in it. I saw Tyler standing there, fist covered in blood with a little on his shirt. He picked me up by the collar of my shirt, looked into my eyes, and said...
"If you tell the cops or anyone that I did this, I'll come back and I'll finish the job. You got that? Do you?!" he yelled in my face.
I scrambled to say something, but I was at a lost for words, tears running down my face, I just simply nodded. He then threw me back down and told me to stay down until he was long gone. I spent roughly twenty-five whole minutes curled up, crying, bleeding, looking at my fallen mother. I finally mustered the courage to go to the neighbor's next door. The cold, sharp wind felt like needles on my wounds and my fallen tears have made it only worse. I knocked on the neighbor's door, a woman opened the door, gasped, and took me inside. I told her someone broke in and attacked my mother and me, she called for the police. The police arrived with an ambulance, they took me away, along with my mother. When we arrived at the hospital, a pleasant female officer began to question me. Her first question was "What happened?" I just looked at her and then back down to the ground. I completely shutdown, I wasn't thinking anything, I didn't speak to anyone. She must have noticed my face and the sorrow in my eyes. She left me alone in the room with a blanket.[/ul]
"The Angels smile upon us today as I, Michael Lynch, join xWo! What a truly glorious day indeed. Now, you may be curious as to where I am. Easy answer. The alleyways, the dark, scary alleyways. The places where people see the birth of evil, the spawn of Satan himself! Where all creatures die or all creatures turn to sinners! Hell can be found here children, but don't think Hell spawns only in the dark. Hell is everywhere. No one is safe, everyone is always in the constant threat of danger. Only the smart survive they say, while that could very well be true in some cases, it isn't in a cases. You can outwit God or Satan, they'll always be ahead of you, the only way to be safe is to carry a Bible with you. That is what they preach everyday, they preach that the Lord will protect you and your family, that He'll save you from all danger. You are always safe with the Lord by your side."
Lynch licks his lips and sneers into the camera. He rubs his hands together and looks up at the night sky, the camera pans up reliving stars between two urban buildings. The camera then pans back to Lynch, who is now focusing back on the camera, a gust of cold wind hits his face. causing the tassels that hang loose from his mask to flail in the wind, with the sick grin still on his face.
"Now...while the Lord may be true to his word in some cases, but people rely on their religions too much. God will bring home the troops! God will save the poor, hungry kids! God is within all of us! Bullshit. All of it. I am a believer in God, no doubt, but people truly believe He'll save us all. While it may be true for the afterlife, it isn't true in the now. Sure, God is within some of us, but not all of us. God never helped the poor brothers who get gunned down in the violent street crimes, those poor souls were without the aide of God that day. Where was God during the war in Darfur? Nowhere to be found while children watched their family and friends get slaughtered. God can save us, but He waits. Why help now, when mankind hasn't even evolved? Racism, murder, warfare, and drug use. The streets, no, the world will never be clean. Why would God waste his time on fallen souls? He only cares for those who can rise against everything. Those who are faithful and smart, a rare breed today. Those who preach they are pure and love the Lord! However...they also preach how a darker skin color or that of another religion are evil sinners. Those are liars!"
Lynch never breaks eye contact with the camera as he raises his arms up to the sky, mocking those who lie that they are God's children. As he lowers his arms, his demeanor changes to serious, losing his grin.
"Now, let's discuss a more current topic, shall we? What such topic you ask? That answer children is the one, Jason Rains. A man who always seems to be down on his luck. I don't know a awful lot about Jason, but I do know he'll be my first challenge. He has talent, no doubt there, but he is ever mentally sane? Sure he looks fine, but think about what has happened to the poor soul's life. It is rare, but if you look deep enough into his eyes, you'll see pain, remorse, fear. You wouldn't be able to tell that by seeing him in the ring, he knows his stuff, and he knows how to hide his emotions at times. He is a loving, caring man, no doubt there, he is very...smooth with the ladies. Right? However...he only brings himself up so high...just to drop so low. One thing I did take interest in about...Jay's life was his previous relationships, mainly a young lady by the name of Brittney. He poured his soul into her, he loved her, but for what!? For that whore to turn on him? I guess he isn't that smooth."
Michael laughs and smiles, looking cocky. When he stops, he sighs, and looks away from the camera, focused on something else, but slowly turns back to the camera, with a serious demeanor once more.
"It would appear that my time here is almost up. Tragic really, but I have another mission tonight, one before my match-up with Jason Rains. I guess I'll start doing what needs to be done, but before that, let me finish up here. Jason, I don't know if you are a man of God or not, but it matters not. He'd never accept a fool such as yourself, getting tied up in hopeless relationships, getting hurt once more. You live a dangerous life Jason, like all of us, and it'd be a shame to see your flame burn out quicker than others. I hope you stay in good enough shape to face me, if you think you can beat me that is. You are scum, God would frown upon you, I frown upon you. You are worthless, faithless, and stupid. You'll never be as happy as you want to be, but I do respect you for something. You never give up, stupid sure, but you'll never give up. When you go low, you find a slow, but strong way up. I hope you're ready Jason. You and the people watching at home will understand the power I am. I will be ruthless, I will be better than you, but I do wish you some luck. Too bad I don't believe in luck."
With that, Michael begins to back away, sneering once more. He puts the fire out, leaving the crackle of the wood to be heard. He puts his hood on once more and begins to walk out of frame, back into the dark abyss as the camera slowly pans back up to the night sky, showing that the stars no longer shine as bright as they did before, fading to black.
End of RP[/ul]
This RP is a year old and was the first I had written in a long time. One of my favorite characters, but the place was ran by some questionable people making some questionable decisions. The coding was also different there, so that's why the placement looks jacked up.
